Hi everyone,

I know that is last day of September but I want to show you some summer outfits that I wore this year on my holiday. I always fall in love with every piece of clothing over and over again. I am always trying to wear something comfortable and different then others. Wear what you love, not what other people maybe like or not!

Shift the boundaries, be different and believe in your fashion instinct. Every piece of goods is connected with reason, and at the very end is a very important result. Adding some final details to your look can make it really better.

Hope you like the outfits please find product link below.

Today I want to show you some casual beach outfits that I usually wear on the beach. Whenever I go to the beach I never try to go out in swimwear. I always like to dress appropriately, because sometimes before the beach I go to drink coffee or talk to a friend.

It is impermissible to go to drink something in bar only in swimwear, of course not if you are looking good and if you are in shape.

Every day, when I am going on the beach I always try to dress something new & different. I get dressed the way I feel that day, since it's summer, I always feel good.

Indispensable clothing items this summer were certainly hat / sunglasses / backpack / t-shirt / swimsuit / flip flops.

This summer I decided to buy swimwear in Tezenis, match it with a Ibiza T-shirt from Terranova and complete it with Nike flip flops. It was a dark-blue combination.

I combined the light-blue combination with a swimsuit from H&M, a T-shirt from Terranova and a flip flops from H&M.

H&M and Terranova are special summer brands that offer a large range of summer T-shirts & all clothing items. I like to buy summer things out there, because they offer many interesting things, especially t-shirts with inscriptions.

Make sure that you always dress according to your age and what makes you feel comfortable. Be different, and be you!

Hi guys,

In this post I wanted to talk about the things I carry in my gym bag; what I use and wear while working out, what I use for skin care and other.

One of the essentials is, of course, a comfortable sports t-shirt (try avoiding shirts made out of cotton because you sweat more in them). Also, you need shorts that you will be using only for gym. I recommend H&M, because it is a place where you can find good, comfortable and fashionable clothes for gym.

Most of the people don’t use them, but I definitely recommend them, mostly because of your own hygiene, but also because of the hygiene of others. You always sweat while working out and a towel is more than necessary. Lacoste has one of the best cotton towels, I use them on daily bases and I am very satisfied.

It is normal to shower after gym (of course, if you have enough time and are not in a hurry). I usually don’t shower in the gym because it is one of the most popular places to get fungus. The gym is not far away from my home, so I prefer showering at home. If you shower in your gym, I recommend that you use flip-flops. It’s not stupid and it’s not useless. Your health and your safety are number one priority. I use this shower gel with argan oil that you can find in your closest DM. It is very smooth on your skin and also hydrating.

After your w.o., use a deodorant in stick or a regular one, but with 0% of alcohol. I recommend those in stick because they help with sweating, while others just cover the smell. If you use face masks, it is the best to put them after you shower. It cleans your skin, prevents black heads and dryness. You can find all of these products in your DM too.

I always have my water bottle with me because it is also one of the essentials for your gym bag. If you don’t have a special bottle, you can use the simple ones, just be careful in the gym. Also, I take proteins after my w.o., so I always have my shaker with me. All of these bottles can be found in one of the best sport stores, the well known Polleo sport.

Comfortable sneakers and cotton socks are the things you can not go to gym without. It’s not good to w.o. in the sneakers in which you go out, or play soccer. I bought these sneakers in Deichmann and they are really good. Also, never wear ankle socks! Your socks should be made out of cotton and high. You have to feel safe in your shoes and socks so you can exercise properly. I bought these socks in Pitta Rosso in the WG shopping city.

Not everyone uses gloves in the gym. There is really no rule, if you don’t have blisters and it’s not difficult to w.o. without them, don’t use them. I find them necessary, because after every w.o. I get blisters. These ones are bought in the Nike store, and do not cost a lot of money. #punokosta

And, of course, a bag where you put everything. I don’t always carry all of the things above in my bag, it all depends on how much time do I have. This is a bag from Lonsdale London. It is very practical and you can put a lot of stuff in it.

I hope you liked this post, you can write down below in the comment section what you carry in your gym bag and what more would you recommend to me.

Crikvenica or Crkvenica?

Me, myself and Irena, in the beginning of July, came up to the idea that we could visit the city of Crikvenica. Because of the fact that we’ll go on vacation in August, we decided to spend these hot summer days the best we can and so we decided to visit a different city each weekend.

It all began with Irena’s idea to visit Crikvenica. We had no idea that we would have such a great time. Our reservation was made over the E-turist agency. Our journey began the moment we stepped into the bus. I don’t know about you, but when I travel, I always bump into some weirdos that, by the end of the trip, don’t even know where they are. They were even questioning if the city that we were heading to was called Crikvenica or Crkvenica, which we found hilarious. They were making us laugh so much that our stomachs started hurting.

When we came to the city, we decided to visit the main square and have some coffee.

After that, we went to take a walk and visit the place I don’t like to talk about and that I have really bad memories of. It’s the special hospital for medical rehabilitation of respiratory organs and locomotor system Thalassotherapy Crikvenica, in which I was few times. Because, just few months after I was born, I was diagnosed with asthma and bronchitis, my parents decided to send me in Crikvenica to get better. My first time there was in 2001, when I was just 7 years old. My mother always says that it was so hard for me to realize that I will be there alone and that they won’t be by my side. It was not allowed for parents to stay with their kids. My parents had two options, to go home or rent some apartment or room in hotel. In that time, hotels and apartments were very expensive, so my parents decided to go home and visit me every weekend. They say I was screaming I will throw myself down the stairs if they leave. Imagine how it was for a mother to leave her child in that moment, while the only thing she wanted was for her child to get better. I hope now you understand why I felt like this about Crikvenica, until last week. I remember my mother came to visit one weekend, and just before that, I got sick and could not go outside which meant my mother could not see me. An awful period in my life. After that time, I went in the hospital three more times. As I was growing up, it was much easier for me to spend time in the hospital all by myself. But, the most important thing is, that now I see how special the city of Crikvenica is, it has something you can rarely find, that feeling of calmness and security. In 2015. I found out that I no longer suffer from asthma and bronchitis, which meant I don’t have to go again in the hospital. The main point is that we all suffer, but, if we want to get better, we need to bear up. I’m thankful to God that I’m no longer sick and I would recommend the hospital to everyone, especially to the parents whose kids have the same diseases as I used to. It is a really great hospital and one day they will be thankful as much as I am now. After all, I finally confronted one of my biggest fears and I visited Crikvenica.

And finally, a little bit about our trip. We spent the whole day on the beach which was not very smart (we were lazy and didn’t buy sun cream). Also, we had lunch in Kavana Piko that offers a big range of food, but of course, as usual, we ate pizza and ice-cream but psst… I knew that you have to pay to enter the beaches in Crikvenica, which I find ridiculous, so we just walked a bit and found a beach that did not require paying. You should never go to the beaches that you have to pay for, because, first, it’s stupid and second, you are wasting your money.

After the time on the beach, we decided to take a few pictures on the main square, and it was so hot that I stayed in my bathing suit.

On the way back to ? Zagreb, when we stopped in Ravna Gora, the driver started playing some folk songs from Zagorje, which Irena and I found hilarious. That’s how our little adventure came to an end.

I recommend to everyone who has problems that I used to have, visit Crikvenica, breath in some fresh air, spend some time there, trust me, it will help you! We are planning a trip for next week, but for now it will remain our little secret. You’ll find out everything when the time comes, and if you are going on vacation in August, be sure to go visit the seaside at least one weekend before that, just to have fun and forget about everything for a second. And, ofc, the right way is Crikvenica, not Crkvenica.
